Required Skills

    • Assist in Administration, Implementation, Configuration and Deployments required for telephone services

    • Familiarity with Analog, Digital and VoIP Technologies

    • Familiarity with Voicemail, Fax Consolidation and Paging

    • Assist in Capacity Planning, System Monitoring and System Upgrades

    • Support Configurations for Cisco Call Manager, Emergency Responder and Unity

    • Assist in Maintaining up-to-date Documentation of Network Design, Operation and Procedures

    • Provide Tier II Support in Support of Phone Systems; Work Incidents and Service Tickets

    • Assist with Installation, Maintenance and Repairs for ISDN type-PRI’s and Telecommunications Equipment for the Transmission of Voice and Data

    • Maintain System Information on Individual Configurations and Telephone Equipment

    • Must be Flexible in a Fluid Environment and able to handle Last Minute Requirements and Priority Changes.

    • Cross Train and Backup Network Team with Entry Level Networking Issues, Port Tracing/Identifications, and Network Connectivity Troubleshooting as needed.

    • Must work additional duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

    • Must have Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a VoIP Environment

    • Must have General Knowledge of Networks, Networking Systems, Video Systems, Phone Systems and VoIP Infrastructure/Systems; Will Require Cross Training into all areas

    • Must have Knowledge of Analog, Digital and VoIP System Infrastructures

    • Must be Familiar with Concepts Related to TCP/IP Networks with Specific Knowledge of VoIP, QoS and IP Routing

    • Must be Familiar with Telecomm Terminology

    • Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency

    • Must have a Valid Driver’s License

    • Must be able to Lift a Minimum of 25lbs
