DSI Hires New Florida Operations Director

Davis Strategic Innovations, Inc., hires new Director of Florida Operations. 

CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (January 10, 2011) – James (Jimmy) Rudolph is now the Director of Florida Operations for Davis Strategic Innovations, Inc. (DSI). DSI is an engineering firm located in Huntsville, Alabama, with an excellent performance history in Aerospace, Defense, and Homeland Security in Alabama and the Washington, DC area. DSI was founded in 2006 to provide the highest quality research, analysis, solutions, and education to enhance America’s Space and National Security programs.

Rudolph joins DSI after 34 years in Aerospace working for several contractors at Kennedy Space Center. He held a variety of Director-level positions in Safety, Quality, Environmental, Engineering, and Operations on NASA’s Space Shuttle Program. As the Director of Strategic Applications for United Space Alliance, he helped develop enterprise software set for shuttle ground operations supply chain and was active in new business acquisition.

A resident of Brevard since 1963, Rudolph is a Certified Professional Manager and Lean Six Sigma certified Black Belt. He has received numerous awards including Gold Knight of Management from the National Management Association in 2001 and National Certified Manager of the Year from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) in 2008.

He is responsible for new business development at DSI, managing employees, and day-to-day operations in Florida.
